These terms are a contract between you and Sisigestate, LLC (“we”), who operate BreezyPrompt at breezyprompt.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer, you confirm you may bind them.
What the service is
BreezyPrompt is a library for writing, organising, reusing and sharing text prompts, on your own and with teams. It stores text you give it and gives it back to you. It does not generate text, and it is not an AI model.
Your account
- You must be at least 16, and give an email address you control.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
- One account per person. Teams are how several people share.
- Tell us promptly at contact@breezyprompt.com if you think someone else has access.
Your content stays yours
You own everything you write. We claim no ownership of your prompts and acquire no right to sell, publish or license them.
You grant us only the narrow permission needed to operate the service: to store your content, transmit it to you, display it back to you, copy it for backups, and show it to the people you have deliberately shared it with. That permission exists so the software can function, it is limited to that purpose, and it ends when you delete the content.
We will not use your content to train AI models, and we will not give it to anybody else to do so.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or use the service to help someone else do so.
- Store or share content you have no right to, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Store content that is unlawful, or that sexualises children.
- Use invitations, share links or any other feature to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Attack the service: probe it for holes, work around access controls, scrape it, or overwhelm it.
- Resell the service, or hand your account to somebody else.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Teams
A team is a shared space. Anything you put in it is visible to its members, and its admins can add and remove people, including you. Content in a team belongs to the team rather than to the member who typed it, so it survives that person leaving. Deleting a team moves its prompts to the owner’s trash rather than destroying them.
Free and paid use
There is a free tier, and it is meant to be genuinely useful rather than a trial. Paid use is sold as packs of Pro days, bought once rather than by subscription:
- Every account can claim 14 Pro days free, once, whenever it likes. No card, nothing to cancel, and the offer does not expire. When the days run out the account returns to the free tier by itself.
- A day is a calendar day of Pro features, spent whether or not you sign in that day.
- Days do not expire. A balance sits untouched until it is funding somebody.
- Days can be moved between accounts and teams, and a team can pay for its members.
- When a balance reaches zero the account returns to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: your prompts stay readable and editable, existing share links keep working, and only new activity beyond the free limits stops.
Prices are shown before purchase and may change, but a change never affects days you have already bought. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Payments are handled by Creem, who act as merchant of record and are therefore the seller for the transaction and the party responsible for tax. We never receive your card details.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and we take backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw features. If we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your content.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Export is free, unlimited and always available, and it exists precisely so that this is easy.
Ending it
You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or a free account that has been inactive for a very long time, with notice. On closure, your content is deleted; unused days are not refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data beyond what we can restore from routine backups.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and email you before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version; if you do not, you may close your account and ask about a refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, nor of your right to bring a claim there.
